Hey beauties, today I did a decal neon manicure for half moon theme of the nail art challenge. I didn't want to do the basic half moon manicure so I tried the inverted ones :D
For this manicure, I used Sally Hansen White On as a base.
To create the decals, I used a geometric image from Bundle Monster image plate 223.
The stamping polish is MoYou stamping polish in black.
To fill the decals I used China Glaze Sunkissed, Fa Neon Pink, Zaina Neon Purple and Enchant neon Orange.
Using a striping tape I marked off the half moon area and filled it with Sally Hansen White On. While it was still wet I removed the tape carefully using a tweezer.
To seal off the manicure, I used INM Out The Door top coat.
