Balloons

For today's theme of nail art challenge "Balloons" I created a 3D manicure.

For this manicure, I used Sally Hansen Sugar Coat Razzleberry as a base.

I freehanded the clouds using white acrylic paint. Then I added swirls for the balloons and again freehanded the balloon strings.

On the ring finger, I created a yellow balloon using acrylic paint and freehanded a "Happy B'day" tag.
