El Corazon No. 423 Active Bio-Gel Color Gel Polish and Turtle's Day Nail Art

Happy Turtle's Day...

On this World Turtle's Day, I applied a decal I created from MoYou Princess Collection image plate 04. I used Milani black Magic, China Glaze Four Leaf Clover and El Corazon No 423 to create the decal.

Today, I am sharing a bright neon shade from El Corazon. No 423 is a bright neon with small circular black and white glitter in it.

Formula

This has a gelly based formula with glitters floating in it. It goes on smooth and there is no need to fish for glitter. It gives opacity in three coats but dries a bit slow.

I dotted black and white randomly to do a quick accent nail.
