Spotting the Blue

Earlier, I did water spotting with neons here. Today, I am sharing another water spotting look I did on black. For this spotting, I used a shimmery blue shade.

For this manicure, I used Milani Black Magic as a base. The blue is OPI Teal the cows come home.
